WCTCC Tax Officer (Tax Collector):

The Westmoreland County Tax Collection Committee (WCTCC) accepted proposals for countywide tax
collection services in May 2010. The proposals were reviewed by the committee. The Westmoreland
Count Tax Collection Committee appointed Berkheimer Tax Administrator as Tax Collector for
collection of Earned Income Tax beginning 2012.
